Punch and Crunch
Punch and Crunch blends the technical aects of kickboxing and boxing into a high energy cardio and core class. The proper techniques for striking and kicking will be taught as well as defensive maneuvers. Proper use of kicking shields, target mitts, and boxing gloves will be learned. Participants will be pushed to the limit with the support and motivation from fellow classmates. Core stability and strengthening exercises are also interspersed throughout the workout. Punch and Crunch participants should expect improvement in overall core strength, increased cardio capacity, and improved coordination as the end results of consistent participation in class.
