Training with Melissa Trinidad I believe in training to improve performance. I believe in thoughtful program design as the means to attaining fitness goals. I train myself and my clients to not only “look good,” but to also “perform better.”

However, the aesthetic or improvement in performance does not result without proper nutrition. In regards to diet, I truly believe that eating unhealthy is both a mental and physical addiction. I believe it is an addiction that can be broken by eating clean. Healthy choices such as fresh fruits and veggies and lean cuts of meat such as chicken and fish are fuel for the body.






Training with Melissa Trinidad Supplementation also takes a role in health and vitality of the body. I believe that everyone should be on a multi-vitamin. I think of a multi-vitamin as the “insurance policy” for our diet – it fills in all the nutrient holes we don’t fill from the foods we eat.

I want to motivate my clients by living by example and showing them what it takes to achieve results. I want them to be inspired and live a life to their fullest. For all the hard work I put into helping you achieve your fitness goals, I expect the same amount of hard work and dedication in return. In the end, my client’s results speak for themselves!
